Aussie Passport Holders Bali Nine Duo Set To Be Executed Together

STRANGE THAT ONLY AUSTRALIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS OF NON-WHITE EXTRACTION ARE TO BE EXECUTED AS INDONESIA HAS NEVER EXECUTED A CAUCASIAN.

Indonesia will execute six death row prisoners, starting on Sunday, the attorney-general has announced.

Four men and two women, imprisoned in three locations in Java, will be shot by firing squad.

Among them are foreign drug offenders who are citizens of Malawi, Vietnam and Brazil.

The remaining prisoners are two Indonesians and one man of uncertain citizenship who was born in Papua.

Two Australians on death row in Bali, Myuran Sukumaran and Andrew Chan, are not among the group but are on a list of 20 prisoners whose execution could follow.

Sukumaran's claim for clemency has been rejected in line with President Joko Widodo's stance on drug offenders.

Chan has yet to receive notice of his rejection.

The attorney-general says the pair will be dealt with together for when a crime is committed by more than one person the execution must be conducted at the same time.

So Myuran will wait for his turn.

The executions are in line with President Joko's determination to crack down on drug crime, which the government claims kill up to 40 Indonesians daily.
