This sort of answer indicates to me that he is dead already and they are seeking how to cover that with a body find and good story.

The fact is that all these Communist Countries (Specially the single party PRC, SRV, DRK, LPD,) have for too long lacked money seeking morals when dealing with their former enemy the Free Western Democracies in any form, ODA, FDI, NGO, Trade, Borrowing and otherwise. The same is true in Vietnam where the most serious problem to master now World money tightens in self need first basis compassion. Foreign easy money that they have been able to beg, borrow, steal, or just trade hustle are over and real estate has been valued too high on dreams, mortgaged for more that their real worth as land rentals 20-50 years are all they are selling anyhow. Then the bubble will also burst, bad debt already bad will skyrocket, and many SOE's will crash. The only one trade area that may improve is tourism at fair prices, because although the world is running out of cash the old people can and will still opt for tourism before they get to frail and/or die. It will be all of 20 years before those with an already desire (trip to Vietnam) HAVE ALL HAD THE TRIP & NEW DESTINATIONS START PULLING THEM AWAY.
Rob Carterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18165937007216100795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9083592332331184648.post-34289263869141266292013-01-09T13:00:00.394-08:002013-01-09T13:00:00.394-08:00Dear Ms. Collison,

Victims of foul play in the last two decades include both U.S. and Thai companies (and individuals). Conversely, Chinese and Vietnamese companies fared much better. They "may" be thinking that they can scam the UN, ASEAN and WTO and get away with it. And they probably think that, Vietnam is contracted to protect their interest. And they may be right about it all. It seems as if though, the weight of the entire world is powerless, when it comes to helping this little country, a country that pride itself in having defeated the world's mightiest armed forces. The best courses of action are a UN intervention, dissolution of the Communist party, have a UN monitored election, and carry on with business of development and happiness.

-Anonymous Lao personAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16737483847147444269noreply@blogger.com
